A 1920's art deco building, The Mill provides a rich, relaxed feel for students and customers who visit. Yeah it costs a little more but the amount and quality of meat is much better. A good number of Hastings businesses are thriving because they offer what a drive to Grand island can't, either in convenience, service or niche merchandise. Location hasn't been announced yet, but it looks like they use a fairly good bit of retail floorspace in their existing stores. GI will be the first Nebraska location.
